チャールズ・エドワード・メリアム（Charles Edward Merriam、1874年11月15日 - 1953年1月8日）は、アメリカ合衆国の政治学者。

生涯
アイオワ州生まれ。アイオワ大学卒業後、ドイツ留学を経て、コロンビア大学大学院で博士号取得。1900年から1940年までシカゴ大学政治学部で教鞭をとる。その間、シカゴ市議（1909年 - 1911年、1913年 - 1917年）を務める。
政治学の科学化を推進し、シカゴ学派の代表的論者として知られる。弟子にはV・O・キー、ハロルド・ラスウェルやガブリエル・アーモンドがいる。
