MSI H310M Arctic Gaming and i5-9600k not booting?

0

I am trying to update to i5-9600k so I bought a H310M MOBO.

I am facing the following problem:

On start nothing BEEPS(even one), everything works smooth into the case: ventilators, CPU cooler, Video e.t.c BUT Monitor is giving No Display also USBs(front and back) are not working.

Can it be BIOS problem ?

From the MSI h310m arctic gaming mobo BIOS section:
enter image description here

Probably the MOBO is with older BIOS and not detecting the CPU ? But should there be any Debug Led lights up or BEEPS ?

If that is the case how do I update the BIOS without a CPU because the one that I am updating from is a i5-6402p which I believe is not applicable to this Motherboard ?

I putted a BEEPer from my older case because apparently this MOBO doesn't have stock and I tried plugging unplugging most of the thing tried with 1 stick of RAM I tried without RAM just to check the BEEPer (caused beeping).

PS: MOBO and CPU are brand new everything else I reuse and was working with the older MOBO and CPU.

EDIT:

I fixed it. Basically every MOBO that is manufactured before the release of the new 9th GEN and currently it supports them will have the same problem. The BIOS needs to be updated to the newest version(or at least to the version which is supporting the new generation of CPUs).

Found a i3-8100 CPU which I used to start the PC and to install the newest BIOS for the MOBO. MSI doesn't support BIOS update without CPU (some Asus and Gigabity MOBOs I think support without chip).
