Some of my Facebook Pages has no option to join Groups [on hold]

I have 4 facebook pages. But only one of those has option to join in some public facebook groups. I can't join with my other pages. Can you just explain why is it?

2 If I have a shell/python script that uses sed to modify a file in place based on user inputs, and then two users run the same script at the same time or approx. same time, is 'sed' thread safe ?
