Visual Studio Code Issue on Windows Subsystem for Linux

-1

I am using xming gui to run vscode(Visual Studio Code)

But when I run vscode. I can not move the screen.

The tabs are movable. However, vscode itself does not move.

Window size conversion is also not possible.

How can I move or change the vscode screen?
