Adobe Reader DC won't open — Protected Mode issues or probably related to the Framework of MS-Windows OS...

-4

I'm trying to open my Adobe Reader DC since last part of 2018, and since then, the new updates from Adobe maybe did my Adobe Reader DC start to be hindered to execute and to not open anymore. I'd the AVAST Premier installed (recently it was uninstalled to be prepared to perform a "Repair Install" in my Windows 7 installation), and this AV might be very related on the issues with Adobe Reader newer versions and the Protected Mode, this last feature that is being very known for issues officialy with many Antivirus/Anti-malware Vendor Solutions.

My Operating System is:

  • Windows 7 Professional SP1 (x86) -- Version 6.1.7601 ;

. Maybe after the AV was switched from Avast Premium to Premier the issues began to occur. I'm suspecting that some corruption of system libraries in my OS is being related to the problem, but I'm still thinking that the corruption as a factor couldn't be the main reason of the refutation to open and work of the Adobe Reader DC, because before, between February and September last year (2018), the Adobe Reader DC was still opening, only recently I noticed the problem that I'm here notifying started to occur, and since then, my Windows was still corrupted, but even thus Adobe Reader was working, but as a corruption symptom since February is when it Windows 7 wasn't Printing, or yet my installation cannot do Configure any new NICs or any related part to the Network, but it wasn't having problems with Adobe Reader DC until the last Adobe Updates:

Some Screenshots are linked below:

Error on the Network part, related to OS corruption and permissions -- hopefully it can fix with SubInACL.exe scripts -- edited to be more "realistic", since I only edited the Path on the image that I found on the Internet -- staying equal the prompted error message would be in English. Error Code <0x80070005>.

"Adobe Reader DC Error of Protected Mode" (illustrative error message in English found by me on the Internet as it really is).

The memory error <0xc0000022> of reader_sl.exe process always showed when launching the Adobe Reader or randomly on my Windows 7 Professional installation — "astistic conception" of an another error with same text at all — photo montage with the same error message.

Last error shown, after trying to run out of Protected Mode.

. SubInACL scripts would be very useful here for Network permissions part (Error Code: <0x80070005>). I was told for perform a "Repair Install" on my Windows 7 ("in-place Upgrade" technically speaking).

. I was already told to perform a "Repair Install" on BleepingComputer Forums on my Windows 7 Professional installation , but some errors are still remaining (as the within permissions), and I cannot rely on a Windows setup for fix all of this such problems, maybe the setup will finish with some failure yet.

I've these URL Addresses as reference, but none of them helped me to fix my faced problem (in this situation with possibility to fix Adobe Reader DC even if my Windows 7 is corrupted, and some new Adobe Reader Update implicated with some .dll broken / corrupted on my installation, making impossible to run Adobe Reader DC properly, but the main reason couldn't be implicated on System corruption relation, because Adobe software is from third-party):
