Word switch in .txt with node.js

Hay guys. I make a discord bot and i save words into a .txt with a command. the question is is it any passible way to switch a world in the txt with an other?
thanks the help



    replace({
regex: "foo",
replacement: "bar",
paths: ['.'],
recursive: true,
silent: true,
});


already tried this but dosnt work any solution?
