Install the latest VLC media player and play the video without problem. Follow these instructions:

For CentOS/Redhat Entrprise Linux 7:

rpm -Uvh http://li.nux.ro/download/nux/dextop/el7/x86_64/nux-dextop-release-0-1.el7.nux.noarch.rpm

For CentOS/Redhat Entrprise Linux 6:

rpm -Uvh http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/i386/epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm
rpm -Uvh http://li.nux.ro/download/nux/dextop/el6/x86_64/nux-dextop-release-0-2.el6.nux.noarch.rpm

Then install VLC:

yum update
yum install vlc

As an alternate way, you can also install gstreamer-ffmpeg package from non-free packages from RPM Fusion repo to install the MPEG-4 AAC decoder.
