How to get CPU (or Energy) usage *history* of *an app* in MacOS?

0

In order to maximize my battery life, I want to find and get rid of apps that use too much energy/CPU or optimize them. I researched for 3 hours, installed various tools, tried CLI but couldn't find an answer.

So my question is how to get CPU (or Energy) usage history of an app in MacOS?

I'm looking for an Energy Impact OR CPU Load graph for an individual app.

Yes I read your question. It does show energy usage for individual apps. Your impertinence is the only thing that is no use to anyone.
