ntfsresize downsize simulation stuck after 100.00 percent

I have type this command to downsize a NTFS filesystem :

$ ntfsresize --no-action -bs 130946171ki /dev/sda2
ntfsresize v2017.3.23 (libntfs-3g)
Device name : /dev/sda2
NTFS volume version: 3.1
Cluster size : 4096 bytes
Current volume size: 239315395072 bytes (239316 MB)
Current device size: 239315398656 bytes (239316 MB)
New volume size : 134088876544 bytes (134089 MB)
Checking filesystem consistency ...
100.00 percent completed
Accounting clusters ...
Space in use : 90117 MB (37.7%)
Collecting resizing constraints ...
Needed relocations : 8608674 (35262 MB)
Schedule chkdsk for NTFS consistency check at Windows boot time ...
Resetting $LogFile ... (this might take a while)
Relocating needed data ...
100.00 percent completed

It's now stuck and not showing anything.

iotop says it's still reading the disk :

$ iotop -b -n 1 | grep "^  TID";iotop -p $(pgrep ntfsresize) -b -n 10 | grep ntfsresize
