Problem updating /etc/network/interfaces

i have the problem that im updating eth0 and eth1 because im using the wireless of my university , the eth1 update ok but the eth0 not update ( i do ifdown -a , ifup -a i dont have fails but doesnt update eth0)

The eth0 is my gateway and eth1 is a server in my net.
Where is the problem?
