Ubuntu Won't Let Me Install

0

Every time I try to install Ubuntu I get this message. It's so annoying bc I can't install. Help. Also whenever I create a primary partition I get a small free space. What's up with that?

I really need help.
Thanks,
Anthony

  • That message looks like a warning to me. You can follow it's advice or ignore it. Did you verify your Ubuntu download? and verify the thumb-drive or install-media using the available function? (you can get unusual results if you don't; they take seconds but can save hours of debugging). Your image also looks like Bionic Beaver 18.04 LTS (the 2018.April) release of Ubuntu, not 16.04 you have tagged.

  • This seems very similar to your previous question. Please edit THAT question to explain details of your external drive, and your ...somewhat unorthodoxl... partition choices.
