Deepin & Elementary OS boot problem / keep loading after login
I recently purchased a new laptop with Windows 10 on it.
I tried to install Elementary OS 0.4.1 in dual-boot with Windows 10 with UEFI.
The installation was a success, but when I login, the desktop wallpaper appear, but only the wallpaper (not the entire desktop) and it keeps loading (for hours), and nothing happens(the entire desktop never appear). I got exactly the same problem when I tried to install Deepin OS 15.7.
I tried to repair the boot with boot repair disk and upgrade grub, but steel the same problem. By the way, secure boot is off.
This is not the first time I'm using Elementary OS or Deepin or even Linux in general, but this is the first time I see this kind of problem, and I don't even know where the problem might be (hardware or software incompatibility).
Here are my specifications of the laptop:
Operating System
Windows 10 Home 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i5-7300HQ @ 2.50GHz
Kaby Lake 14nm Technology
RAM
