How to change urxvt plugin rendition style?
I am having trouble changing the styling of a urxvt plugin. The colors are unbearable, but I don't know where or how to alter the OVERLAY_RSTYLE values. Please help.
Relevant snippet from manual:
The following "macros" deal with changes in rendition sets. You should
never just create a bitset, you should always modify an existing one,
as they contain important information required for correct operation
of rxvt-unicode.
$rend = urxvt::OVERLAY_RSTYLE Return the rendition mask used for
overlays by default.
$value = urxvt::GET_CUSTOM $rend Return the "custom" value: Every
rendition has 5 bits for use by extensions. They can be set and
changed as you like and are initially zero.
$rend = urxvt::SET_CUSTOM $rend, $new_value Change the custom value.`
Relevant snippet from top of plugin:
#define OVERLAY_RSTYLE (RS_None | (Color_Black << RS_fgShift) | (Color_Yellow << RS_bgShift
# this extension implements scrollback buffer search
I changed the color values in the header above to no effect. To be honest, I am not even sure what color values are valid. What to do?
