How to add Matlab MVGC Toolbox to Octave on Windows 10?
I want to use the Matlab MVGC Toolbox in octave. I am new to Octave. I downloaded the toolbox from here. I want to add / install the package in the Octave application. I have some internet usage restrictions, so I cannot install it directly from the internet. I have to use the zip folder availabe. So please tell me the procedure to add / install the toolbox to Octave and how it can be imported.

It is no different than what you were told on StackOverflow by De-vil for MATLAB

@Sardar_Usama I don't think these two questions are exactly the same. There, the question was about the program. The question was why the demo code was not executing properly. Here I want the procedure to add the toolbox to Octave on Windows 10. The answer by De-vil was the solution to the programming problem, while this question needs answer about how to use the tool. Even if you feel the questions are same, please justify.

Who said you that questions are same? I pointed you out to the answer which tells you the procedure on how to do that.

The exact words from that answer "download the toolbox, extract it, and add the contents of the toolbox (including subfolders) to your path." Apparently you didn't even understand that answer.

@Sardar_Usama I did downloaded and extracted the folder. But please tell me at which path should I add the toolbox. I added the toolbox to various places but the Octave interpreter is still unable to detect the toolbox. If you know what to do, please help me with the information.
