First of all I have tried many methods but they didn't worked.
I am using dell inspiron 5570 and dual booted ubuntu 18.10 (upgraded from 18.04) and windows.
      Here are some outputs :

      systemd-analyze

      systemd-analyze critical-chain

The time the unit takes to start is printed after the "+" character.
