Issue with adding .pom file to Maven local for the Android Project

I am trying to integrate Amazon Maps into my android project by following the documentation they have provided on their official site. Now I am having problem in adding the .aar & .pom files to Maven Local. I have tried all the various commands but I am getting some errors everytime. Here's the image of amazon documentation & I am having problem with the command given in 4th step
