GLIBCXX_3.4.20 not defined in file libstdc++6.so.6 - ubuntu 18.10

0

I upgraded my ubuntu from 18.04 to 18.10 and after restarting the laptop, it gets stuck in "started bpfilter" before the login screen.

I'm following this answer to solve this problem, but I can't run ant apt command in recovery mode and it displays this error:

apt-get: relocation error: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libapt-pkg.so.5.0: symblol _ZTVNSt7__cxx1119basic_istringstreamIcSt11char_traitsIcESaIcEEE version GLIBCXX_3.4.21 not defined in file libstdc++.so.6 with link time reference
