Google Chrome closes immediately on startup
This is happening when internet is connected . If internet is not connected Google Chrome is working .
I had tried reinstalling it several times,but nothing happened
I also tried to install older versions but the situation is same
i am using ubuntu 16.04

Did you try runninggoogle-chrome
from a terminal? If so, what's the output? Also, please update your question with your OS version and the version of Chrome that you are using.
