Pip cannot connect to proxy

0

I have a corporate Windows PC and I have installed python3, along with pip3.

When I am connected to my personal home network, how am I supposed to use pip3? When I try to install pip3 install package the message I get is:

Retrying (Retry(total=4, ... ) after connection broken by 'ProxyError('Cannot Connect to proxy).

What's the way to download through pip when I am connected to my personal home network?

Thanks.
