i think there's a lot of missing information vital to this. firstly, what are your computer's specs-- eg. the PC brand and model, any adapters or bluetooth chips you're aware of, etc. you also may be missing specific drivers from whatever manufacturer of your adapter/chip that has the bluetooth abilities. try to find their site and see if you are.
