No file/save option on menueditor on edubuntu 14.04.5

0

I am setting up a computer lab for my church and I am trying to edit the menu items that appear on the clients screens. When I open "main menu", there is no option to save the changes. If I go to open "Edubuntu Menu Editor", it just doesn't even start. I read where there is also supposed to be a profile editor to incorporate the menu changes and it doesn't exist as an app to run.

So in short: How to save the menu changes and install the profile editor to incorporate the changes to the clients?

I am running a newly installed 14.04.5 version of Edubuntu that was obtained from this page.

I also tried version 14.04.2 which was recommended on the Edubuntu site.

Image of the main menu with no save option

Thanks in advance for your assistance.
