Compress specific frames of a video using ffmpeg

0

I'm trying to compress a range of frame from a video, is it possible to do it using ffmpeg?, I mean, I want to compress from frame 100 to frame 300. I use this command to compress.

ffmpeg -i sintel_trailer-1080p.mp4 -c:v libx264 -b:v 3500k -r 24 -bf 2 -g 48 -sc_threshold 0 -c:a aac -strict experimental -b:a 96k -ar 32000 sintel_trailer-1080p_3500.mp4
