Facebook Customer Chat Plugin not working

0

The chat plugin does not work, installed everything correctly on the site, but the chat does not appear on the site. I checked the console - there is a connection to SDK, what could be the problem?

<div id="fb-root"></div>
<script>(function(d, s, id) {
var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];
if (d.getElementById(id)) return;
js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;
js.src = 'https://connect.facebook.net/ru_RU/sdk/xfbml.customerchat.js';
fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);
}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));</script>

and

<div class="fb-customerchat"
page_id="184854859536XXXX">
</div>
