Asus Maximus XI Code stops with Q-Code 10 (“PEI Core is started”)

0

This is my minimal setup, that I can't get to work:

Asus ROG Maximus XI Code

Intel Core i9-9900K

Fury HyperX DDR4 2666, listed on the Memory QVL

be quiet! Dark Power Pro 11 750W

Corsair H115i RGB Platinum liquid CPU cooler

After switching on, the board passes a few Q-Codes until it stops at Q-Code 10. I've had the possibility to exchange the mainboard, the CPU and the memory (with Corsair Vengeance ones, not on the QVL). The behavior stayed the same at each combination.

Thanks for advice

EDIT: It also doesn't change when removing the memory.
