Dot Net 4.7.2 Setup returncode 1783, but installation successful
is there any list that shows the possible return codes of the Dot Net 4.7.2 standalone installer NDP472-KB4054530-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe? On one of my systems, the setup installs the package completely, and logs no error to the eventlog, but however the installation process returns an error code 1783. I run the setup from a script file, and check the return codes, indicating an error even though the package actually installs correctly.
Any idea where to find a complete list of possible return codes and their meaning? Running NDP472-KB4054530-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe -? only returns possible commandline parameters, but no return values.
