Adding C++ compiler support to linux using buildroot
I am trying to cross compile an application for that I am trying to build linux for a specific arm architecture using buildroot . All the toolchain files are generated in the output folder , but when I try to cross compile it using make file provided I am getting the following error.
aarch64-linux-gcc.br_real: error: ***.cpp: C++ compiler not installed on this system
aarch64-linux-gcc.br_real: error: ***.cpp: C++ compiler not installed on this system
Below is the buildroot configuration which I believe will enable the compiler support.
BR2_TOOLCHAIN_BUILDROOT_CXX=y BR2_GCC_CROSS_CXX=y
How can I resolve this issue ?
c++ cross-compilation buildroot
