HP Envy Dual-Boot Fail (Ubuntu 18.04)
I'm having some trouble with getting my Windows 10 laptop to boot Ubuntu from a USB. Hardware wise it's a HP Envy 13 i5-8250U with GeForce MX150 graphics card running Windows 10. I've created a bootable USB using Rufus (Ubuntu 18.04) and I've tried both MBR (legacy mode enabled) and GPT (legacy disabled) partition schemes, all with quick boot and secure boot disabled but the same issue occurs. When I try to install Ubuntu, the ubuntu logo will appear but after approx 5 seconds, it returns a black screen then starts with the usual windows 10 boot. I've tried moving around the boot order, I've double (and triple checked) that the iso was downloaded correctly and installed correctly on the USB.
