Ubuntu booting slower and freezing after update from 18.04 to 18.10

So after updating to 18.10 from ubuntu 18.04 my laptop is booting slowly and some times it freezes and i'm force to reboot



My laptop specs
Here are the details of my pc (Ram, HDD, Processor, etc)
some info that might help find the issue.
