Many to one record mailmerge by grouping
I have a data set of broker contacts, I need to merge contacts into one document based on the brokerage, then when the brokerage changes (i.e. next contact is from a different brokerage), a new document starts.
EG:
Mailmerge output Document 1:
Brokerage 1 - contact 1
Brokerage 1 - contact 2
Mailmerge output Document 2:
Brokerage 2 - contact 1
Brokerage 2 - contact 2
added bonus if you can assist with "if next record does not have a document container, then create container and add record, next record" :D
any help would be greatly appreciated!
Regards
