USB 3.0 on Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Series
I have a 32GB Kingston Datatraveler G4 and Inspiron i5 5999 but the data transfer is still slow. A sample test is here:
Do i need to install some extra drivers for Inspiron 5559?

As I suppose you're running Windows 10, the unique drivers available from dell website (http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/product/inspiron-15-5559-laptop/drivers?os=wt64a) are next:
Intel Chipset Driver
Intel Management Engine Interface Driver
Please check that the port from the laptop and also your pendrive are blue (3.0).
