Do not share any data between users
I have two user accounts currently on my laptop. One of them is for my job, the second is for personal use. Both are admin users/
The problem is that they seem to share everything between each other. If i delete a program from one account, it disappears from the other, same way if i install something new.
I don't want that. I want the profiles to be completely independent and to not be able to see each others data at all.
Is that possible? How do i do it?

Programs are not data. Usually all accounts can run installed software. That doesn't mean they can necessarily access each other's data.
