Increasing Speed Of Code

I have a computer science project where time matters. Since Its a project i cant just post the code. Would anyone be willing to look over my code and help me increase the speed of it. It works pretty fast for everything expect one case.
I know it sounds vague but bear with me please and thanks.
Code to fulfill question-asking requirements:
