Notifications at notification bar doesn't open links to browser
I've been running notifications on Windows 10 for awhile and just noticed that after the notification disappears from my screen and goes to "New notifications" panel, it doesn't open any links from it. After clicking link from there it just shows Windows wait cursor for a second and the link doesn't open, but disappears from Notification panel.
Would appreciate any help towawrds this issue.
Thank you in advance.
