Spyder not connecting to kernel
When I am opening Spyder environment in Anaconda3, I am unable to connect to the kernel. It throws the error:
An error occured while connecting to the kernel
b ' '
I tried resetting Spyder to factory defaults, and also downgrading pyzmq to 16.0.3. Still the issue persists.
I am using Spyder 3.3.2 with python 3.6.8, 32-bit
python kernel console
