Wire and wireless network problems with hp probook 450 g5
enter image description here I recently download kubuntu 16.04
Because I could not access the Wi-Fi network in kubuntu 18.04
But in this version I had worse problems, first in the installation the system came out connected but the wired network although it was connected did not provide any Internet.
I only have internet when I use my cell phone with a USB cable and in USB internet mode.
First I thought it was a problem of updates but after updating with the cell phone I still do not have wifi or the wired network
enter image description here
As you see i am conected by 2 ways and although no problem appears, the connection to the router is not working
enter image description here
ifconfig and iwconfig and lspci -nn
enter image description here
enter image description here thats is the config of networkmanager.conf and this enter image description here so i tried so many thing but nothing work i got a hp probook 450 g5 when i ping my router work 192.168.1.1, ping google.com work too and 8.8.8.8 work to so i dont know how to do sorry for my english i speak spanish so i do my best with this post so i don't know what can i do do you guys think its the bios? or its a hardware problem, another thing the light in the f11 its always red and it isnt working when i press so shall i buy another laptop? or i confined to my phone for the rest of my days? if you need something else i will post immediately

Hi and welcome to the site! As Gabriela said, please don't post images of text. Instead, copy/paste the text directly into your question and use the formatting tools to format it as code. Also, please use the interface to add images if images are actually needed. Otherwise we get these strange "Enter image description here" messages which make your question very hard to read.
