Connecting C# Windows Form Application and a Xamarin android to an MS SQL Server [on hold]
I'm planning for a project, this project is two parts that can't work without each other, this first part is going to run on Windows using 'C# Windows Form Application', and the second part is going to be running on Android devices using 'Xamarin' for Android, and of course I need to connect both parts to the same database, i know i can connect both to an online 'MySQL' database but here is my question :
Can I connect both to an 'MS SQL Server' and if Yes, please provide me with the approach to do so.
Notice: I heard about 'SQLite', can this help me in my case and also please how to do it?
android mysql sql-server c# sqlite
