ON MAC:-How take svn Checkout in directory where i already have the last version of code

0

I have checked out the subversion code in WINDOWS and Then manually copied the LATEST build on My MAC Machine , But now there are few more changes made . So is there any way that i can directly update the folder or directory that i have manually copied on MAC ?

As of now going through the threads i have seen that whenever we checkout any repository via SVN on MAC it will create new repository and then only we can take updates of the same.

Could You please help with the solution for the same.

Regards
AP

  • Where is the SVN source? If you're using an actual SVN server, just have the Mac client (It is "Mac", not "MAC", which is something else, by the way) point to the same server. If the SVN source is just a local folder on the Windows PC, then you're going to need to setup some kind of sync between the Mac and the PC. I'd suggest looking for other cross-platform sync tools (like rsync, Dropbox, etc.) and get your local files on the 2 computers in sync with that.
