Why TFS ignores bin folder in eclipse IDE, how do I include it?

0

I am trying to execute my testng.xml file via jenkins using following batch commands.

set projectLocation=D:test
cd %projectLocation%
set classpath=%projectLocation%bin;%projectLocation%lib*
java org.testng.TestNG %projectLocation%testng.xml
pause

But it throws below error in console

[TestNG] [ERROR] Cannot find class in classpath: Tests.testfilename

This issue is because class files are not pushed to tfs repository.I would like to know why in eclipse ,TFS ignores class files and how to include them?enter image description here

I have attached image for reference
