How does vagrant connect to a VM initially when the VM has no IP address?
Suppose that I want vagrant to create a VM for me on Virtual Box and configure it with a specific IP address of 192.168.0.100/24.
vagrant can use the Virtual Box API to create this VM with appropriate settings, but I don't think it is possible to configure an IP address for the VM by using this API.
So, how does vagrant connect to the VM after creating it? The VM has no IP address.
Does it use some kind of management interface with a forwarded port and then deletes this interface after successfully configuring the VM?
