Error in StartExchangeSynchonizer
We are trying to connect a third party app to the Exchange Server 2016 using redemption.dll and MAPI (without Outlook). We are getting this error when trying to retrieve the shared mailbox of any user on the exchange server.
Error in StartExchangeSynchonizer:- Error in IMAPISession::OpenMsgStore(pbExchangeProviderPrimaryUserGuid): MAPI_E_FAILONEPROVIDER ulVersion: 0
I would appreciate any help to fix this issue.

Have you checked with the developer of the app to confirm proper configuration?
